The Galaxies rhythm and blues band was formed in 1962. The band originally consisted of high school students from St. Louis area schools including Mercy, Ritenour and Normandy high schools. With the addition of the vocal group “The Bondels”, the band performed until 1967. In 2013 the group reunited with six original members. Today we still enjoy playing the songs from the 60’s that we grew up with.
